The Garden Experience

Last entries are taken 45 minutes prior to close to allow plenty of time for you to cut flowers, see the animals & enjoy the garden! Please do not show up 5 minutes prior to close!
No advance ticket needed, just swing by during our public hours!
Please check our home page for ALL updates to ensure that we are open. Unfortunately, we cannot control Mother Nature so at times, we may have to close!
Each PUBLIC U-pick session includes one guest entry, a mason jar, snips, a quick how-to-cut tutorial, ribbon to decorate your bouquet, flower food and one hour to stroll the garden and gather your favorite blooms. We don’t count stems—if it fits in your jar, it’s yours! We just ask that you only cut what you plan to take.
Pricing is as follows for public u-picks:
-
Small (pint – holds about 20–25 stems): $15
-
Large (quart – holds about 30–40 stems): $20
”Just Looking” Ticket: Due to the extensive cost of maintaining and insuring the flower fields, we are charging admission for extra folks who are “just looking”. Yes, even if you are just looking and not cutting flowers, you need a ticket (unless you're a plus-one of someone who purchased a u-pick ticket). Another reason we charge for this ticket is to maintain crowd control. We want the farm to be a place of peace and relaxation. If too many people are here at once, it loses the quiet and rural vibe. These tickets are $5 each (children 3 y/o and younger are free).
How it works:
-
After you park in our gravel lot, you will purchase your ticket(s) at the chapel on-site for your one-hour time, or if it's a ticketed event, you will purchase them in advance under our Events tab.
-
If booked online, an email with your ticket will be attached. There will also be an instructions email that you must read prior to coming to the garden. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS & WATCH THE VIDEO FOR YOUR SAFETY.
-
Check-in upon arrival where you will receive your mason jar (if picking flowers).
-
We have sanitized garden snips for you to borrow that must be returned. Children will not be given scissors for their own safety. We will walk you through a quick u-pick tutorial.
-
Take your time and walk through the many rows of bright and colorful flowers. Fill your jar with your favorites. We ask that you respect the flowers and only cut what you plan to take home. Do NOT cut more flowers than your jar can hold (additional fees will apply).
-
Feel free to take pictures around the flowers. We’d love to see your photos, so please tag us when you share to social media. (*NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY allowed when we’re open to the general public unless booked in advance. You will be asked to leave if you’re conducting professional staged photo sessions if you did not book a session. Please contact us if you’re a photographer or book a photoshoot under our Bookings section).
-
Once you're done, return your snips, throw away any trash in the trash cans, decorate your bouquet, grab some flower food and enjoy your freshly cut bouquet!
Parents of little ones: We LOVE children, but please keep a watchful eye on them. Please do not allow them to pick and pull on the flowers or trample through the rows. Our farm is not a playground so please do not let them run freely, climb fences, etc. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for any damage caused by children A gentle reminder, our farm is a peaceful place for all. Unruly children and their parents may be asked to leave. CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CUT THEIR OWN FLOWERS. Scissors will only be provided for the supervised parent.
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You are able to change your event time up to 24 hours prior to the event. Reschedules will be offered based on availability due to inclement weather. Unfortunately, we can’t allow refunds within 24 hours of the event because it is too difficult to resell those tickets last minute.
Dates and Time:
-
We expect to be open from June till the first frost.
-
We want to ensure that there are plenty of flowers available, so there might be breaks to allow for new flowers to bloom.
-
The best way to know when we’re going to be open, is to follow us on social media and/or sign up for our email updates.
-
The times will be in the mornings and/or evenings to avoid the hottest part of the day. It’s better for you and for the flowers.
-
PUBLIC U-Pick Times: 8 AM - 12 PM & 4 PM - 8 PM on Friday and Saturday. 4PM-8PM on Sunday
-
Last entries are taken 45 minutes prior to close. We are closed at our closing time. Out of respect for our home, please make sure you at least 45 minutes prior to closing to ensure that you have plenty of time to pick flowers, see the animals and enjoy the garden.
-
What to bring during your visit to the farm:
-
First and foremost, bring OFF! We do have insects including mosquitos.
-
Sunscreen! We also recommend wearing a hat, as the flower fields are in full sun.
-
Bring extra water or drinks.
-
You are welcome to bring a blanket and picnic/snacks if you are willing to clean it up!
Expectations and rules for the farm:
-
This is an active farm. There will be bugs (bring OFF!), bees, and possibly other critters. They aren’t looking for trouble, so please leave them be!
-
Wear appropriate clothing to visit the farm.
-
The ground is rough and uneven in areas, so be aware, watch your step, and wear closed toe shoes. Please do not run.
-
Unfortunately, we do NOT allow dogs on the farm. As much as we LOVE dogs, not everyone feels the same. We want this experience to be enjoyable for everyone. Service dogs are allowed and proof of paperwork will be requested.
-
Please do not venture into our horse barn, pastures or small animal pens. You may look from outside the fencing but please do not feed our fur babies. We do not accept responsibility for any accidents that occur.
-
Please do NOT sit or climb in our flower beds.
-
Please return our snips! We need those.
-
Please respect our home and grounds. Do not knock on our doors. If you need anything, please contact us via email or phone.
Private Events: If you’d like to book the u-pick flower garden for a private event, please book a Consult Call under our Bookings tab. Packages are available for all parties and do not carry the same price if booked for multiple guests.
