Celebrate your next gathering in a peaceful and charming farm setting. Whether you're planning a birthday picnic, bridal shower or an intimate event, Polly’s Petal Patch offers flexible rental options with simple add-ons to make hosting easy and beautiful.

Please Note: All rentals include setup and cleanup time. Tables, chairs, linens, tableware, and decor are not included in base rental rates but are available as add-ons.

Pricing and Details:

Outdoor Venue Rental

Perfect for garden parties, baby showers, family gatherings, and casual events.

$150 for 3 hours total

  • 2-hour event time

  • 1 hour for setup and cleanup

  • Access to outdoor area, flower field views, and animal area

  • Maximum 40 guests

  • Event coordinators welcome

 
Indoor Chapel Rental

Ideal for intimate gatherings and celebrations.

$250 for 3 hours total

  • 2-hour event time

  • 1 hour for setup and cleanup

  • Exclusive access to the chapel

  • Use of shop counter 

  • Maximum 15 guests

  • Event coordinators welcome

 

U-Pick Flower Add-On

Add a fun hands-on experience for your guests.

  • $15 per person – includes medium jar and u-pick flower access

    • 10+ people - $10 per person

  • $20 per person – includes large jar and u-pick flower access

    • 10+ people - $15 per person

  • Quick u-pick tutorial in the beginning
    Seasonal only. Please confirm availability at time of booking.

  • All u-picks include rented snips, flower food and ribbon.

 
Flower Bar Setup Add-On

Create a beautiful floral station with everything prepared for your guests to build their own bouquets.

6 person minimum: $150 

Each additional person: +$10
Includes flower bar table, flowers, bud vases, and light floral styling.

Seating

  • $2.50 per chair

Linens

  • $10 per table (lace tablecloths with pink cheesecloths) 

 

Tableware Package

  • $4 per guest
    Includes plastic plates, cups, napkins, silverware, and decorative chargers.
    Plastic only, for the safety of our animals and flower fields.

Extras

  • Speaker with bluetooth accessibility: $15

  • Umbrella (2): $10 each

 

Simple Decor Packages

Choose the level of decor based on your event needs.

 

Option 1: One Table Decor Package – $20
Includes bud vases, candles, and centerpiece accents for one table (such as the harvest or food table).

 

Option 2: Full Decor Package – $100
Includes centerpieces, candles, and decor styling for all rented tables (up to 6 tables).

A relaxed and elegant setup with pillow seating and long, low tables — perfect for styled gatherings like bridal showers, birthdays, and intimate picnics.

$350 Flat Rate
Includes:

  • Outdoor Venue Rental (3 hours total – 2-hour event time, 1 hour setup/cleanup)

  • (2) Low Boho Harvest Tables (8 ft, each seats 10–12 total)

  • Pillow Seating for up to 20 guests

  • Linen Package for both tables

  • Full Simple Decor Package

  • Food table

  • Tableware Package for 20 guests (includes plastic plates, cups, napkins, silverware, and chargers)

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Flower Bar Setup – starting at $150

  • U-Pick Flower Experience – starting at $10/person

Tea Party with U-Pick Package

Enjoy a private tea party in the garden with antique china and vintage seating.

$60 Flat Rate

  • 2 guests

    • Extra guests - $10 per person​

  • Outdoor Rental (1.5 hours total - 1 hour event time, 30 minute setup & cleanup)

  • Assortment of Antique China - teacups, plates, and cake stand

  • Medium U-Pick sessions for each person - includes ribbon, flower food, and snips

Important Information:
  • All events must end before sunset

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your date

  • Final balance is due 7 days before the event

  • No pets permitted

  • Maximum 40 guests for outdoor events

  • Maximum 15 guests for chapel events

  • This is a working farm — please respect the animals, gardens, and grounds
